  The staff change what car you have and give you a smaller one at the same price. The staff are really not helpful in anyway. What a joke of a company!

  we were told that this is a rental company atthe airport but this wasn't the case, the car rental place is 10 minutes driving distance outside the airport. When we called the company from the airport they told us that they have a shuttle every 15 mins. After waiting for longer than 30mins and calling 3 times, finally the shuttle arrived, picked us up and left us at the rental place where there was noone. I am currently still waiting for someone to arrive and rent us the car. it is 9:40pm, we still have an hours drive until we reach our final destination and who knows when these people will arrive to help us get the car. very bad service. By the way, the shuttle driver didn't even apologize for the delay. Do not make the same mistake I made! Stay away from this company!

  For me this was the last time renting at a very low budget company, but if you don't mind spending some extra time this is a very cheap option to rent a car in Valencia.

  Upon arrival at the airport we had to call them to pick us up.Be careful with hidden charges.

  Not sure why the rating is so low. I got the best customer service. Perfect English, great explanation, everyone super nice and polite, no problem extending the rental. Don't try to call them (learn to be the Spanish thing) to extend, just come over and they will take care of you.

  At the rental agency picking up the car took an hour, with only one (!) customer before me and 3 employees walking around. What's the problem people, why does this take forever??? You allready have all my data, you know I'm coming and which type of car I rented. Just check if I'm the right person, make a copy of my driving license, give me the keys and that's it.
