  Although I do have the car now, I still would not recommened this company at all, there was no offer of compensating us for the taxi, they didn't offer to give us a better car, nor did they offer anything as an apology.

  The next day my hotel contacted the company, and click&rent said they tried calling me but I did not switch my phone over - which I did as soon as I landed. click&rent then said I gave the wrong number which I asked for them to read my number to me, and she said the international dialing code 00353 which was completely wrong. I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom and the code is 0044.

  Worked basically fine, we got a nice clean car, our reserved category (Skoda Oktavia) wasn't available anymore so we got "upgraded" to an SUV wish has less space in the booth, 4 people were ok, 5 like originally planned would have been to many!

  Waited for the shuttle at the airport for more than an hour. Could not get through to the rental office via the phone (office closes at 20:00). Spoke to other shuttle services and they said that the click n rent shuttle had been parked outside their offices.

  They finally agreed to deliver the car free of charge to the hotel, upon arriving to the hotel and starting to go over documentation, hidden charges where then applied.

  After realising they where at fault they tried to charge me €100 euro to have the car delivered to my hotel which I refused completely because of already having to pay €100 for a taxi from the airport (which I will never get back).

  With my flight due to arrive in Palma, Mallorca at 11:30PM I booked a slot of 12:30am to pick the car up just incase of any delays in my flight. I arrived on time and waited at where I was told to wait, level 2 of departures. Waited until 1:15am until I finally gave up and ordered a taxi.
